Our luxurious villa is just a step away from the beautiful Sharjah Corniche, a public beach with lots of palm trees and white sand. You can swim here all year and the setting is ideal for families.

We also have a small piece of beach in our own garden! Behind the house, around the pool and beneath the large palm trees we have spread tons of pristine beach sand with hundreds of seashells forming delicate patterns round the base of the trees yes, it is a little paradise!

At our villa you can relax or get your business done.

In the evening there are clubs within walking distance and an exotic selection of restaurants offering Iranian, Lebanese and other international food.

We are willing to organize any kind of sightseeing tour for you whether it's a city visit, a personally tailored tour round the Emirates, desert-, wadi- and mountain tours with the off road jeep, shopping excursions, a night out on the town or a day trip to Oman we're happy to get any of these on the road for you and can also provide great picnics for you to enjoy on the way!

Together with local partner companies we offer additional tours including safaris, fishing trips, quad tours, helicopter flights and other exciting adventures. Take advantage of our specially negotiated rates and save yourself some money. Ask us for information or bookings in advance or decide after you arrive.

What's more, we know all the tricks (and back routes) on how to get you to your business meetings and appointments in the centre of Dubai or at Media City and Internet City as quickly and efficiently as possible. For a small fee we can arrange these transfers and drive you personally faster, cheaper and easier then with a public taxi. If you want to drive yourself, no problem, we can arrange that for a small fee with a renting company, please bring a valid credit card and international drivers license along.

Our large two-story villa of about 550 sq. mt. (6,000 sq. ft.) has six double rooms, five of them with an en-suite bathroom. All guests are welcome to lounge around and relax in the shared areas of the villa including the dining room, an Internet corner and the living room where cable TV on a large LCD screen is available.

The Dubai Svenstep has super-fast wireless Internet access throughout the villa and into the garden so when we say business and beach we mean it!

In our Internet corner yo'll also find an additional laptop for you to use so when you're working on your laptop your partner can be e-mailing photos of your latest adventure to the family without arguments!

Our villa is non-smoking but special corners for smokers have been provided.

And whether you're recovering from the latest business meeting, hot and dusty from your tour of the desert or weary from your day-long shopping trip round some of the biggest Malls in the world our outdoor pool is there, sparkling and inviting ... ready to cool you down and help you unwind!

While our fresh breakfasts help get you re-energised and ready for yet another eventful day in the Emirates. And we can organise tasty BBQs for you!

We know from our own experience that large and anonymous Hotels are no fun!
